Refund Policy

It is important to us that you are happy with our product. If you are unsatisfied or simply changed your mind, you can return your product within 30 days. Additional surcharge such as delivery fee may apply.

If the product you buy fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you have the right to ask for a repair, replacement, or refund. The remedy you're entitled to will depend on whether the issue is major or minor. Additional surcharge such as postal fee may apply. The detail of the policy is listed as below.

Faulty Item
If your item is faulty, please contact us with a detailed description of how the product is faulty, and a photo is possible. If the product is diagnoses to be faulty, we will offer a repair, replacement or a refund depending on the situation.
If a refund, repair or replacement was requested with 30 days, no surcharge would apply. Otherwise, whether surcharge would apply may depend on the way item is faulty.
If you have a major problem with your product, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. However, Iif the problem with a product or service is minor, you must accept a free repair if the business offers you one.
Change of Mind
If you have a change of mind about your order, you would need to return it back to us in the original packaging with the original saleable condition. Delivery fee are non-refundable. If goods were shipped for free, the initial delivery fee will be deducted. 
Order Cancelation
If you have change of mind before your item is shipped, which is typically within a bussiness day, no delivery fee would be charged. Otherwise, the change of mind policy above would be followed.
Repairs

If the product have a minor problem, you can send a request for a repair and we would provide a repairment plan within 2 bussiness days. If a repairment plan is not available, we would provide a replacement.

Replacements and refunds

You can ask for a replacement or refund if the problem with the product is major.

Replaced products must be of an identical type to the product originally supplied. Refunds should be the same amount you had paid, provided in the same form as your original payment. The business may take into account how much time has passed since you bought the product considering the following factors:

  • type of product
  • how a consumer is likely to use the product
  • the length of time for which it is reasonable for the product to be used
  • the amount of use it could reasonably be expected to tolerate before the failure becomes noticeable.

Additionally, unless a product is labelled as DIY (Do It Yourself), all electrical work must be proformed by a qualified licenced electrician. The bussiness does not claim any responsibility for faults and incident cause by incorrect installation.

For a major problem with services, you can cancel the contract and obtain a refund or seek compensation for the drop in value of your services provided compared to the price paid.
